A proposal that pays tribute to the pantries of Galicia and Catalonia, due to the origins of the chefs. Delicate and original dishes with contrasts and intense flavours are prepared with seasonal products from both regions. The two tasting menus are combined with minimal intervention wines from small Galician and Catalan wineries. White prawns from Barcelona are paired with Galician razor clams or fresh catch from the market. The space, decorated with natural materials and colours, is warm, sober and intimate. At the back there is a chef's table where you can watch closely how the dishes are prepared. A place to let yourself be surprised.
