The proposal is structured around two tasting menus at lunchtime and three in the evening, with memorable dishes, precise execution and deep respect for the product. The desserts are equally impressive. At lunchtime, it attracts numerous business lunches thanks to the menu’s good value for money. The service is attentive and every detail is carefully considered, from the tableware to the glassware. Views of the school’s kitchen-workshop make up for the lack of exterior views.
