Artur Martínez brings his more informal take on Catalan cuisine into a format of small dishes designed for sharing. The proposal revisits traditional recipes with freedom, creativity and a strong focus on the vegetable world. The result works remarkably well. The menu features dishes such as cured acorn-fed pork presa with pinenut praline, grilled mackerel with stir-fried garlic or Spanish omelette in capipota sauce. Desserts are few but memorable, and the vanilla xuxo is almost worth the visit on its own. The wine selection leans towards biodynamic labels and house-made creations. You leave wanting to come back.
