There are only three tables, and the décor is modern and minimalist. Chef Juan Viu presents his most personal project and moves from table to table explaining each dish. He pays homage to traditional Cádiz cuisine, to mothers' cuisine and to the sea. The service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is calm and intimate. An interesting and different option.
