In the centre of Palamós, a young and enthusiastic team offers an updated take on Mediterranean cuisine, prepared with technique and sensitivity. The menu changes with the seasons and leaves a lasting impression with dishes such as Asian prawn ravioli, foie gras and slow-cooked Iberian pork ribs, croissants with white prawn tartare and lime, and rice dishes that vary according to the ingredients available. At first glance, you only see a vintage-style dining room with five tables, but the restaurant also has a terrace and an upper floor with a bar, high tables and a dining room. A real success!
