Pablo Loureiro, renowned chef from Guipúzcoa, presents his honest and rigorous cuisine. All-time classics and new dishes in an appetising menu. The excellent vegetables and fish never disappoint. Good wine list at reasonable prices. Begoña Arenas, in the dining room, is a synonym of friendliness and elegance. One of the favourite restaurants in the Basque Country.
