Andoni Luis Aduriz presents his asador with an offering centred around the flame grill. In an open-concept space with wooden tables and a spare décor, the centrepiece is the counter bar that surrounds the grill area, where the only option is the tasting menu. At the tables, you can choose between à la carte and tasting menu. Small dishes with a distinct flame-grilled flavour and a clear emphasis on vegetables, plus surprising desserts that have also passed over the flame. The cuisine is on the rise. Fun wine cellar with a wide variety of natural labels. A different experience that aims to show there's room in grill houses for more than the typical T-bone steak.
