Authentic Japanese sushi bar for just nine diners where you can savour the skills of the itamae José Kobos in La Latina neighbourhood. One omakase menu consisting of about fifteen courses in which technique, product and season are the base of his philosophy. You won’t find fusion food here but instead a very purist way of understanding sushi and nigiri. Excellent rice that comes straight from Japan and is prepared in front of diners. To drink, a small selection of sakes and wine from small producers. Different kind of place, intimate and with lots of character. Booking is a must.
