Navarre-born Floren Domezain, known as "the king of vegetables", has more than thirty years of experience as a chef and producer of greens and other veggies. Courtesy of the La Fábrica Group, he is back behind the hobs at an enormous venue in the Chamberí neighbourhood. Naturally, the offering is focused on greens and vegetables. The tomatoes, lettuce, artichokes and borage when in season are not to be missed. He also serves a variety of stews, rice dishes, fish and meat. The wine-list holds no surprises. The venue is frequented by well-known figures.
