Ramón Freixa's haute cuisine restaurant is presented in a space that differs from his traditional offering. In the dining room, an imposing U-shaped burl wood table for just ten diners, located opposite the open kitchen, sets the intimate and special tone for the experience. The chef offers avant-garde cuisine where technique, sensitivity and creativity come together. He offers two tasting menus, one of which is vegan/vegetarian, which evolve according to the season and the products available, accompanied by three pairing options, including one non-alcoholic option. It is only open for dinner. A unique and exclusive experience.
