Creative market cuisine based on the province’s most typical sea produce. Fresh fish and seafood from the Mediterranean meet more Atlantic flavours from Cádiz and Huelva. They offer a tasting menu and a frequently changing elaborate à la carte menu with all kinds of recipes. It has included dishes such as foam of sea bass belly, crispy onion and rubio dorado pork jowls, or omelette with striped red prawns, caviar and poultry jus. Extensive wine list and cocktail menu. All managed by a young, highly qualified team.
