In the kitchen is Javi Muñoz (La Carboná), known as the sherry chef for incorporating wines from Jerez into his dishes, something that can also be enjoyed here. The menu features reinterpreted traditional recipes, rice dishes rarely seen in the area and a wide selection of wines by the glass. Standouts include mormo of almadraba tuna, potato salad and red prawns with fried eggs and chips. The venue has a long bar, high tables with comfortable stools and a terrace. A breath of fresh air in the neighbourhood.
