A unique and different experience. Joaquín single-handedly runs the restaurant, does the cooking, and serves a maximum of thirty people each shift. He is charming and makes his guests feel quite at home. He does not offer à la carte, but there are several tasting menus, including one for children. His cuisine centres on vegetables and fish and uses quality ingredients from local suppliers. The premises are decorated with modern artwork and a very enjoyable playlist can be heard in the background. A mix of gastronomy, music, art and quiet atmosphere. It is intended to be enjoyed slowly in good company.
