Open since 1968 and now a classic of Valencian cuisine in Benisanó. The third generation currently at the helm has taken the quality of their culinary offer to a new level. Ideal for trying typical dishes such as cod fritters and esgarraet (grilled red pepper and cod salad). The standout is undoubtedly the paella, baked over a wood fire in the traditional manner. For those who like to keep things simple, they offer a good-value-for-money set menu with three starters and a rice dish. Pleasant, friendly service. Spacious interior with linen-draped tables. They have a sister venue in Valencia.
