Formerly located in the El Cabanyal district, it is now situated on a pedestrianised square behind the cathedral. The food, however, has not changed: Valencian cuisine with a twist made using local produce. Homemade salted delicacies, salads, croquettes, pasta with lobster, a hamburger made from a meatball cooked in broth, leek confit with romesco sauce, figatells, titaina and botifarra sausage with white beans, among other dishes. Spacious, simple establishment decorated in light shades. The terrace is a great option for springtime or summer evenings. You can't go wrong.
