In a quiet corner of the neighbourhood, this restaurant has become a small temple of tapas in Zaragoza. With just a few tables and a friendly atmosphere, it wins over diners with intense, no-frills flavours. The oxtail croquettes, the grilled zamburiñas (type of small scallop) or the foie gras toast show that the quality of the ingredients is the true star. The service is warm, almost homelike, and the price surprisingly reasonable. It's best to book in advance: word has spread and space is limited. Authenticity without pretensions.
