This urban grill house has earned a great reputation right in the heart of Bilbao. Unai Campo, the driving force behind the project, selects each ingredient with the utmost care. Meat, fish, seafood and vegetables are grilled for just the right amount of time to achieve excellent results. The charcoal-grilled kokotxas (fish neck) are a real treat. Diners can choose between à la carte or a tasting menu. It’s a shame that the service does not quite match the standard of the cuisine. The wine cellar is up to the mark and boasts some real gems. A place for a proper feast.
