In a spacious dining room with an English feel, offering marvellous views of the Abra and a spectacular terrace, the chef combines Etxanobe classics with new creations, while remaining true to the Basque essence and his own creative style. Diners can choose between à la carte or a selection of set menus. The wine list follows a classic approach and the service is consistently excellent. The Bar Inglés is also well worth a visit, offering dishes to share, wines by the glass and a former chapel converted into a temple to champagne.
