Opened as a cider house in 1997, this grill restaurant is housed in a stone, wood and glass building high up in Orio, overlooking the sea and the estuary. The main dining room, with its wooden décor, is complemented by two terraces, one glazed and the other open-air. The cuisine focuses on charcoal-grilled dishes, with fish prepared in the traditional Basque style and the legendary T-bone steak among the specialities. The quality of the ingredients and the prime location justify the price.
