Typical family-run grill house with an indoor dining room and terrace, opened five decades ago in the centre of Orio. Long tables and benches with a view of the grills outside. Short menu and outstanding raw products. The temple of red sea bream, famed for its flavour and juiciness. The monkfish, the turbot and the grilled kokotxas also deserve a round of applause. And nothing better than a good txakoli wine or champagne to wash down your meal. Despite its simple décor, it’s a must for fans of good fish. A foodie pilgrimage site.
