This small family-run bar is one of the most beloved in Gipuzkoa, with a reputation that has preceded it since 1980. It has just one table, the legendary “table 19”, which must be booked in advance. Everyone else has to eat at the bar. Two factors place it at the top: the quality of the raw ingredients and the warm service. Its offering is brief, but never fails: one potato omelette per shift, tomato salad, Gernika peppers and T-bone steak. Nothing more, and nothing else is needed. A cult address and an essential visit.
