This is one of the must-visit stops on any pintxos route of San Sebastián’s old town. The venue is simple and narrow, and can feel rather cramped at peak times. Among the most famous pintxos are the prawn skewer, the Marijuli and the mushroom tartlet. It offers excellent value for money, something that is increasingly hard to find in an area dominated by tourism. Despite its popularity with visitors, it remains a much-loved spot that’s frequented by locals. Timeless quality that never goes out of fashion.
