Elaborate, different and fun miniature food served as pintxos and sharing platters. The stellar choices are the Mendaur egg with truffle oil, Parmesan cheese and ham, the begihandi or baby squid wrap, the bacon and the txipis (squid) in three sauces. There are also seasonal pintxos.
