This restaurant is proud to be one of the oldest restaurants in the world. Traditional Castilian cuisine such as gazpacho or garlic soup and its famous roasted suckling pig or the Aranda-style lamb. Save room for dessert: bartolillos, rosquillas and pestiños. An authentic, old, traditional place. Several dining rooms. There’s a mix of tourists and locals who enjoy suckling pig. It’s well worth visiting its extremely old wine cellar.
