Posada de la Villa

Traditional carvery on three spacious floors dominated by wood and a large fireplace. Although it’s located in a touristic place, it has managed to preserve its tradition and quality. The menu includes an abundance of Castilian and Madrilenian specialities, such as tripe, cocido stew or Burgos blood sausage. But the claim to fame is the wood oven roasted baby lamb. Simple wine list. Efficient staff. A stately, rustic experience that is a step back in time.
