In this new chapter, Daniel Villoria — former head chef at DiverXO — takes the helm to showcase a creative cuisine packed with imaginative, carefully thought-out dishes. Three flexible tasting menus allow diners to tailor their own journey. On the liquid side, champagne takes centre stage within an impeccable wine cellar. Service is attentive to every last detail. The newly refurbished space offers an elegant, understated dining room for around twenty guests, with the kitchen discreetly integrated. A long-standing project by sommelier and entrepreneur Marcos Granda, now enjoying a stimulating revival.
