Establishment serving Basque cuisine with seasonal ingredients and traditional recipes in the Salamanca district. The à la carte menu includes excellent vegetables and stews. Some of the most popular dishes are the potato omelette, turbot and Galician T-bone steak.  For dessert, cheesecake. Simple setting with a good snack bar at the entrance, a dining room with linen-draped tables and a street-level terrace. Friendly, attentive staff.
