Project led by Chef Ignacio Montes, alias Coco, who worked during the last years at the prestigious L'Arpège in Paris. The à la carte menu and the two tasting menus are based on seasonal product, with vegetable dishes taking centre stage, followed by sauces, with well-defined and well-seasoned flavours. A flexible offer that is adaptable to the tastes of each diner. The unique dining room is reminiscent of old family homes, with antique furniture and a few contemporary touches. A sure bet to become a benchmark in the capital.
