In a small, elegant dining room for around twenty guests, chef Diego René presents his haute cuisine, with a Mediterranean base and French inspiration. He offers three tasting menus — one of them entirely vegetarian and at a surprisingly high level — and a shorter one only at lunchtime, as well as an à la carte option. The menu features dishes such as liquefied peas with tempura pod, rice with dried octopus or an excellent monkfish Wellington. This is complemented by a first-rate wine cellar with outstanding labels, professional service and fine, elegant tableware. A cuisine with personality and clear ambition.
