With a history dating back to 1952, this family-run restaurant in the heart of Tudela is a true emblem of the most authentic Navarrese cuisine. Pioneers in offering a menu centred on vegetables, they have managed to maintain a coherent proposal in which produce from the garden and the Ribera’s culinary tradition take centre stage. Their cuisine is classic, both in flavour and in presentation. The duchess potato with borage is a living symbol of the house. The space is bright, with linen-draped tables and a large glass-enclosed terrace. Despite its long history, you always leave wanting to return.
