Restaurant specialising in aged beef with different maturing periods cooked in a Josper oven. The venue has classical décor with linen-draped tables and a display case showing the meats offered that particular day. The matured beef and Iberian pork croquettes are to die for, the T-bone steak melts in your mouth, and you could eat the steak tartare all over again. As well as a range of quality starters, they offer Valencian stew and soupy rice with mature meat made to order. Good list of reds, with a smaller selection of whites and sparkling wines. Friendly service that makes you feel at home. You can't go wrong here.
