Arima

This venue’s name means "soul" in Basque, and it is a place of worship for lovers of Basque cuisine and vermouth, of which it serves more than thirty varieties. A modern eatery with the soul of a tavern. Pleasant bar at the entrance and a small dining room in the back. The menu includes simple dishes with no unnecessary frills made with select, fresh ingredients that originate mostly from the Basque country. Excellent gilda tapas (made with olives, anchovies and chilli pepper), Piquillo peppers, Beasain black pudding and beef cheeks. Naturally, they also serve a fantastic txuleta steak. Satisfactory selection of cheeses and wines. Good atmosphere and quality guaranteed.
