A project led by a team of young and talented chefs. There is a bar for around twenty diners, facing teppanyaki grills where the chefs display all their talent. Ingredients are sourced from the most remote corners of the world and treated with the utmost respect and care. Guests can choose between a tasting menu and a concise à la carte menu with around ten dishes. Expect balanced and surprising flavours, such as scallops on corn cream and black garlic, clams with beurre blanc or sea bass with stew broth. With regular waiting lists, this is a current concept with a bright future.
