With over fifty years of history and run by Roxario herself, this legendary cider house certainly doesn’t go unnoticed and marches to the beat of its own drum. At first glance, it looks like your typical cider house, but it surprises with the high standard of its cuisine, evident from the very first bite. Although there is a varied à la carte menu, the set menu is the best option. It begins with txistorra sausage and seasonal vegetables, followed by its legendary and unforgettable cod omelette – the house speciality – and then a top-quality T-bone steak. The service is attentive, though somewhat slow. Tradition and authenticity.
