Two brothers, the fourteenth generation of the Astarbe family and pioneers of Basque sparkling cider, make Gipuzkoa cider at this farmhouse. Traditional menu served in the dining room, where as many as two hundred diners gather in peak season. Omelette with dried cod and lightly fried onion, cod confit with onion and green pepper and, of course, a good T-bone steak cooked on the grill. All dishes are put in the centre of the table for sharing. And let the cider flow!
