A meeting point and place for culinary enjoyment bearing the Enrique Valentí seal. Set in a house with a garden in the Les Tres Torres district with plenty of light and fresh air. Well-thought-out and selected tableware and cutlery. Two different eating options, either on the terrace or in the restaurant, one more informal than the other. Marinades are the menu’s guiding theme, transforming ingredients to bring out the best of them, rather than masking them. Highlights include the steak tartare with a paprika and garlic marinade, the sautéed prawns with fried egg, the Madrid-style tripe and the perfectly-fried marinated monkfish. Nice wine selection. You’ll feel right at home.
