Signature cuisine by Luis Caballero (formerly of Kabuki), with dishes inspired primarily by Nordic and Japanese cuisine. The open kitchen gives onto the dining area and offers seating for eight at the bar, where diners can interact with the chef. Your dining experience is set against the backdrop of jazz music and minimalist décor. There is only one tasting menu, which does offer a vegetarian version as well. Plates are made using seasonal products, with pork as the main ingredient in many of the dishes. Carefully selected international wine list, as well as signature fermented and carbonated beverages. An integral experience that captivates.
